Staff were efficient, kind and caring. My daughter and myself were made to feel at ease from the start.
Everything was explained to us both so we had a clear understanding of what to expect.

She was very kind. She made sure I had all I needed.
All the other HCA's and the nurse were lovely on this shift (2/3/2020) but she was my main carer. :)

The midwives Sarah, Julie and Lauren were amazing. They gave us the highest quality of care love and attention.
Side room given on last day which was amazing!
Could improve by:-
Chair beds for dads on the ward are a must. It is so uncomfortable for them and mums need them for support!

Hand gel - none on counter today - using pen used by others - staff sneezing and no tissue used - no hand gel when I left room either! No visible extra measures in light of current world events! :-(
